Once you buy an HD receiver then you will get HD radio for free but your stations have to have the feature to get the quality.

You pay for Satellite Radio but you get a ton more stations and can pick and choose to listen to any within your package. HD is only for regular local radio stations that have an HD antenna.

Well that is the big difference, you pay for satellite because you get more options and channels.

There is versatilite to have satellite radio portability and locally. You can have it in your car and then bring it inside to your work?Basically anywhere you can get a signal you can get the radio and the big kick about this from regular radio is you can get any channel anywhere. You can listen to a channel from across the states anywhere you are.

yes but you watch, that free radio that we get now will be gone soon enough because of this satilite radio the same thing just happened to tv's if you didnt have sat. or cable you could watch cbc or somethin on the news but now theyve cut all thoughs free channeles off

The two major competitors are Sirius and XM - review each programs availability and channels you like and choose between the two because they generally are equally priced and successful.

You can have satellite radio installed in your car if your receiver said satellite radio ready. Then you don? have to pay for the installation just the subscription. If you don't have it then you will need to have the equipment installed and add the subscription.

A lot of new cars are coming out with satellite radio. It's free for trial but then you eventually would have to order a subscription. Some cars are sponsored either by Sirus or XM so you don? get the choice to choose.

I have a small 5" screen portable or plug in Goldstar TV. I have had it for many years. It used to have a cigarette lighter adapter for the car but I have lost it and would love to replace it.
